Refund Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Donations to Imaginative Reaction CIC are gifts and are not normally refundable. If a donation was made in error, please contact us within 14 days and we will do our best to help.

Tickets for events run by partner venues (for example Burston Garden Centre or Eventbrite listings) are subject to the venue's own refund terms.

For workshops run directly by Imaginative Reaction, a full refund is available up to 7 days before the session. Within 7 days we will offer a transfer to another date wherever possible.
