Imaginative Reaction CIC ("we", "us") is a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales. We are committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who uses this website, submits an artist profile or event, or contacts us.

What we collect

• Account details – name, email address and a securely hashed password when you create an account.
• Artist submissions – the biography, images, links and contact details you choose to share for publication.
• Event submissions and contact messages – the details you provide so that we can review and respond.
• Technical data – basic server logs needed to keep the site secure. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to run the Imaginative Reaction platform, publish approved artist profiles, review event submissions, respond to enquiries and – only where you have opted in – include you in newsletters and social media features.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Approved artist profiles are public by design. Information is otherwise shared only with service providers who host this website and only as needed to operate it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time, or to remove a published profile, by emailing imaginativereactioncic@gmail.com.

Children and young people

Young Creatives entries are submitted by a parent, guardian, teacher or facilitator. We never publish a child's surname or contact details.
